  • 1/2 of a large cucumber, peeled and sliced
  • 1 large avocado, peeled, pitted, and sliced
  • Squeeze of fresh lemon juice
  • ½ cup alfalfa sprouts
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Step 1: Spread the herbed goat cheese evenly on all four slices of bread.
  2. Step 2: Take one slice and layer it with a Romaine lettuce leaf, cucumber slices, and avocado slices.
