Ingredients

Scale

Turkey and Stuffing

  • 8 slices good quality Herb Oven Roasted Turkey Breast
  • 1 (5 oz.) dry Stuffing Mix

Sauce

  • 1 (10 oz.) can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 (18 oz.) jar Turkey Gravy
  • Dried parsley flakes (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the stuffing: Follow package directions to prepare the dry stuffing mix. Using the microwave method is recommended for ease and speed. Set aside once prepared.
  2. Mix the gravy and soup: In a large bowl, combine the cream of chicken soup and the jar of turkey gravy. Stir until the mixture is smooth and well blended to create a creamy sauce.
  3. Preheat and prepare baking dish: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a 9 x 13-inch baking dish with non-stick cooking spray to prevent sticking.
  4. Assemble the roll ups: Spoon about ¼ cup of the prepared stuffing onto each slice of turkey. Carefully roll each slice up tightly and place them seam side down in the prepared baking dish. Repeat for all turkey slices, arranging them evenly.
  5. Add gravy and bake: Pour approximately 1½ cups of the combined gravy mixture over the turkey rolls, ensuring they are nicely coated. Optionally, sprinkle dried parsley flakes on top for a touch of color. Cover the dish tightly with foil and bake for 30 minutes, or until hot and bubbly.
  6. Warm remaining gravy: While the casserole bakes, pour the remaining gravy into a medium saucepan. Warm it over medium heat until heated through. Serve this warm gravy alongside the turkey roll ups for extra flavor.

Notes

  • For a gluten-free version, use gluten-free stuffing mix and verify that the soup and gravy are gluten-free.
  • You can prepare this dish ahead of time and refrigerate before baking; just add extra baking time if baking from cold.
  • Adding a sprinkle of shredded cheese before baking can enrich the dish further.
  • The dish pairs well with roasted vegetables or a fresh green salad for a complete meal.
  • Use low-sodium gravy and soup options to reduce sodium content if desired.
