Ingredients

Scale

Steak

  • 8 oz ribeye steak, thinly sliced

Vegetables

  • 1/2 cup sautéed onions
  • 1/2 cup sautéed green bell peppers
  • Optional: 1/4 cup sautéed mushrooms or jalapeños

Cheese Mixture

  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup shredded provolone or mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Garnish

  • Fresh chopped parsley, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Steak: Thinly slice the ribeye steak and season lightly with salt and pepper.
  2. Sauté the Vegetables: In a skillet over medium heat, sauté the onions and green peppers until soft and slightly caramelized. Add mushrooms or jalapeños if desired and cook until tender.
  3. Mix the Cheese: In a bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, shredded provolone or mozzarella, and grated Parmesan. Stir until smooth and well blended.
  4. Assemble the Roll Ups: Lay out the sliced ribeye and evenly spread the creamy cheese mixture on top. Add the sautéed vegetables over the cheese layer.
  5. Roll and Secure: Carefully roll up the steak slices to enclose the filling. Secure with toothpicks if needed.
  6. Bake: Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Place the roll ups on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes until heated through and the cheese is melted.
  7. Garnish and Serve: Transfer the baked roll ups to a serving platter and garnish with fresh chopped parsley. Serve warm and enjoy your Keto Philly Cheesesteak Roll Ups!

Notes

  • Feel free to customize the vegetables based on your preference. Mushrooms or jalapeños can add a nice twist!
  • If you want to make this dish even more indulgent, consider adding some sautéed mushrooms to the steak mixture.
  • These roll-ups can be made ahead of time and stored in the refrigerator before baking. Just add a few extra minutes to the baking time if they are cold from the fridge.
