- Step 1: Mix together the Fortisip® Compact Protein (Mocha) with the chilled espresso coffee.
- Step 2: Combine the Greek yoghurt with mascarpone and 1 tablespoon of the mocha coffee mixture. Set this mixture aside in the fridge.
- Step 3: Break 1 1/2 lady finger biscuits into large pieces and place them in the base of a serving glass. Pour over 2/3 of the mocha coffee mixture and allow the biscuits to soak for 3-4 minutes.
- Step 4: Spoon 2/3 of the yoghurt and mascarpone mixture over the soaked biscuits.
- Step 5: Soak the remaining 1 1/2 biscuits in the leftover mocha coffee mixture for 2-3 minutes, then spoon them on top of the yoghurt layer. Pour over any remaining mocha coffee mixture.
